Article 2 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales of products concluded between INÖUQA and any consumer purchasing via the website inouqa.com.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are magnetic construction games designed by INÖUQA.
Each product is described in detail on the website.
Photographs, visuals, and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not contractual.
Minor variations may occur.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included).
Delivery fees are specified before order validation.
INÖUQA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order.
Article 5 – Orders
The customer places an order according to the following process:

3. Cart validation
4. Customer information entry
5. Secure payment
6. Email confirmation
The order becomes final after receipt of the confirmation email.
INÖUQA reserves the right to cancel any order in case of prior dispute or payment issue.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online via secure systems:

• Klarna
• Shopify Payments
Payment is due immediately.
No order will be shipped without confirmed payment.
Article 7 – Delivery
7.1. Delivery Areas
Deliveries are made within the European Union.
7.2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicative only.
INÖUQA shall not be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
7.3. Receipt of Goods
The customer must check the condition of the parcel upon delivery.
Any anomaly must be reported within 48 hours by email.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days, exceptionally extended to 30 days, from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned:
• In perfect condition
• Complete
• In their original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Article 9 – Returns and Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned products, INÖUQA will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Damaged, incomplete, or soiled products will not be refunded.
Article 10 – Legal Warranties
Products benefit from:

• The warranty against hidden defects
In accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Article 11 – Liability
INÖUQA shall not be held liable for:

Products must be used under adult supervision.

They do not replace parental or professional supervision.
Young children must always be supervised.

Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
