Depending on the progress of your purchase processing, some changes may no longer be possible, especially if the package is already in transit. Similarly, if a pre-order period has closed, stock may be limited and the desired product may be out of stock.

Where is my invoice?
Your invoices are available at any time from your customer area. Just log in, go to the “My orders” section, select the relevant order, and then click on “Print invoice”.
In a few seconds, your receipt is ready. Simple, quick, and efficient.
How to create and validate my account?
What?! You don't have your inöuqa account yet??? We'll fix that in the blink of an eye. Nothing could be simpler. Click on the "My account" icon at the top right.
Then follow the registration steps by providing the requested information. Once your account is created, you will receive a confirmation email that you need to validate to complete your registration. Be sure to check your spam if necessary.

How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, two options are available to you:
- If you still have access to your account, simply log in to your customer area and follow the procedure to change it.
- If you have forgotten it, click on "Forgot password?" from the login page and follow the instructions to create a new one.

How to track my order?
Upon validation of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery timeline.
Once your order is prepared and entrusted to our logistics partner, a new email will be sent to you with a tracking link.
You can thus track your package in real time and stay informed of each step until delivery.
How do I change my delivery address?
To change your delivery address, contact us quickly with your order number and your new contact details. We will take care of the rest and will do what is necessary to update your file.
If your package is already in transit, you may also, in some cases, adjust the address via the link received in the confirmation email or in the delivery tracking through our partner carrier. Also, remember to check your spam to not miss anything.
What to do if my delivery is delayed?
Like almost any online purchase, your delivery may be delayed. This can exceptionally happen in case of unforeseen production or logistics issues, for example. Rest assured, if this occurs, we will quickly inform you by email of the situation.

How do I return my purchase?
You have changed your mind and wish to return your product? We are truly sorry about that. But it happens, we can understand.
Legally, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order. But since at inöuqa, we are really nice, we decided to double this period and let you have up to 30 days.
During this time, you can return your purchase if it does not suit you, provided it is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs will be at your expense, and we will process the refund of your order after receiving the product.
Another scenario: the product has a notable defect (oh no…), detrimental to its proper functioning. First of all, we are sorry about that. It can happen, it’s true, even if it’s not an excuse, we are well aware of it. The 30-day period remains the same, but this time, the return shipping costs you have advanced will be refunded to you, along with the rest of the amount of your order. Of course, a replacement can simply be considered...
Any return request is made via the dedicated form. Once validated, we will send you the necessary information to return the item easily.
How do I get a refund?
Once your return is received and validated, we proceed with the refund of the amount of your purchase as well as the initial shipping costs. The return costs remain your responsibility. The refund is made to the payment method used when you placed your order.
If you have changed your credit card, simply inform us so that we can adapt the procedure. In the case of payment in installments via the partner solution, the refund adjusts automatically according to the amounts already charged.
