Yes, in any case, it is even a legal obligation. Each consumer has a right of retraction of 14 days from the order or from the delivery. Logically, given our principle of potentially long delivery times, and because we want you to be happy, we offer this right from receipt of your purchase.
Here again, there are several possibilities for a return:
- You don’t like the product that much (we don’t believe it, but it can happen…) and you’d like to reconsider your purchase decision. This is the retraction period explained above. You have 14 days after receipt. Products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept them. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price and the original delivery charge.
- The product has a noticeable defect (gee…), detrimental to its proper functioning. First of all, we’re sorry. It’s true that this can happen, but we’re well aware that it’s no excuse. In this case, the deadline remains the same, 14 days after receipt, but the return costs you have advanced will be refunded, as will the rest of the amount of your order.
