The refund is made on the amount of the purchase and the delivery costs. The return shipping costs remain at your charge. The refund procedure starts after the reception of the returned product(s) and is done on the payment method used during your purchase.
Several cases of figure all the same:
- You have changed your credit card. Don’t panic, just tell us by contacting us and we will start the refund on the new card. If the refund has already been made, then you will have to contact your bank which will be able to recover the funds on your old card.
- You have chosen to pay in 3x instalments without any fees with Klarna. Either all the debits have been made (plausible given our long deliveries), in which case the entire refund will be made in one go; or the debits are in progress (also plausible because we want to deliver to you quickly quickly quickly), and we will only refund you the amounts debited from you and collected from us.
