Return and after-sales service
Yes, in any case, it is even a legal obligation. Each consumer has a right of retraction of 14 days from the order or from the delivery. Logically, given our principle of potentially long delivery times, and because we want you to be happy, we offer this right from receipt of your purchase.

- You don’t like the product that much (we don’t believe it, but it can happen…) and you’d like to reconsider your purchase decision. This is the retraction period explained above. You have 14 days after receipt. Products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept them. - The product has a noticeable defect (gee…), detrimental to its proper functioning. First of all, we’re sorry. It’s true that this can happen, but we’re well aware that it’s no excuse.
